What is a Residential Consultation?
A residential consultation is a Feng Shui analysis that ascertains the type of Qi in your home and is suitable for all apartments, townhouses and houses. Feng Shui at home can assist in family relationships, career, enhancement of wealth and an improved living environment.
Feng Huang Consulting undertakes a full Feng Shui analysis of the external and internal areas of your home.
In order for us to analyse your home we require the following information:
- Reasons for a Feng Shui analysis ie experiencing wealth, career or health problems
- Required outcomes
- A floor plan drawn to scale of the apartment or home
- Age of the building and your move in date
- Birth details of all family members ie year, month, day and hour
Our written report will provide you with:
- Feng Shui analysis of the external and internal environment
- Favourable sleeping and working directions of family members
- Recommendations as well as favourable directions and locations
- Auspicious dates and times for renovations, movement of bed and stove etc
A follow up visit will take place within three months of the written report or when recommended changes have been implemented.
All clients receive a monthly Flying Star Alert email showing where the positive and negative energies are located for the month.
We also recommend that an annual assessment is undertaken prior to February 4 of each year to take advantage of the incoming year’s energies.

Assessment of the external landform to ensure that the Qi in the surrounding environment is able to be channelled into your new property to ensure good health, enhanced wealth prospects and great relationships. The internal assessment of your home covers positioning of beds, desks, using the positive areas of your house to maximise the positive qi and that your furniture is placed for smooth flow of qi.
2. Two Date Selections - 1. signing of the contract 2. move in date - both dates chosen on auspicious days and hours to ensure the maximum success of your move
3. Bazi reading for 2 based on your date of birth - a look at your luck cycles and your life path to determine your ups and downs in life, career potentials, your health and relationships.
